Didnt receive full bundles??!?

I pre-ordered rainbow six siege it was gonna come with rainbow six Vegas one and two I had the option to download the first Vegas but the second is not allowing me to download or even buy can you reset it remotely by chance or is there anything at all and
its the same with my fallout 4 won't let me download fallout 3 please help

All my friends received the code...almost at lvl 70 ... what will happen if i dont get the code ...no more leveling up????

In order to qualify for promotional offers, you have to purchase the gold directly through the offer. Redeeming a code does not qualify as a purchase. So since you redeemed a code you would not have been eligible.
