Didn't receive everything in the EG Halo 5 REQ pack

I contacted Xbox live support regarding this issue and they said for me to post in the forums.

I purchased the Evil Geniuses REQ pack on Halo 5, and I never received all the contents that was included in the pack. The item(s) I received were: the magnum and **** rifle skins, I also received a custom spartan armour. The item(s) I never received included,
the battle rifle skin and EG emblem.

Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

Hi, based on the description of the REQ pack I received the following items: Evil Geniuses-branded Magnum, and Assault Rifle skins and a visual customisation. I am missing the Battle Rifle skin and EG emblem.

Sorry to hear about the frustrations. Please be aware that per the description linked above, the Battle Rifle skin is not guaranteed:

That said, please head over to Halo Waypoint and post in the Halo 5: Guardians Support section so they can take a look at your REQ history.
