Didn't receive EA-Access promotion code from NHL 17 Pre-order

Didn't receive EA-Access promotion code from NHL 17 Pre-order that i bought over a week ago and i need to download Fifa 17 and cant do it now.

My ea acess code

I pre-order my nhl 17 and i didn't get my ea acess code and i sign up for a nhl rewards account, i was suppose to receive a ea acess code and all of my friends got their code, but i didn't receive mine.

Could you post back the date that you purchased NHL 17? That will help us a bunch! Keep in mind that these codes can take up to 10 days to deliver, so if it has not been 10 days yet, please be sure let us know that you have not received a code after waiting
10 days.
