    Didnt receive code


    About 3 weeks ago I ordered a 3 month xbox live membership under the connotation that I would be receiving a free 3 month code to go along with it. It said it would be 10 business days and I have not received it. I've talked to microsoft customer support
    2 times now and the latest time she directed me here. You can go in and see that I bought 3 months when the promotion was still going on, I just want my code. Thanks

    All my friends received the code...almost at lvl 70 ...Didnt receive code :( what will happen if i dont get the code ...no more leveling up????

    I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
    reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.
