Didn’t receive apex coins

I wasn’t abusing it, i bought bundles that came with 1000 apex coins and the first bundle didn’t give me it, or the second bundle so i tried to refund those and it worked, so i tried to buy the normal $9.99 apex coins separately from the bundle and still didn’t receive the coins.

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

Thanks for the update, in case you have more than one Apex account, did you check on each one?

If not, I can advise you two things:

1. Try contacting EA support with this proof of purchase to see if they can manually put the coins in your Apex account

2. When an in-game purchase is not reflected in the account after 48 hours, is always recommended to proceed with the refund form (due to 48 hours is the estimated waiting time):

Just to let you know, In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

It says in my order history that the purchase was completed on 7/7/2022 for 20.89 but still no coins
