    Didn’t receive Apex Coins I bought for 32€.


    Yesterday I bought 2 Apex packs for 14.39£ and still haven’t received any of it. EA support said that Microsoft support should help , but Microsoft denied my refund request. Microsoft doesnt even have a support tab where it says that you need help with
    a purchase / didnt get it. Any help ?

    I wasn’t abusing it, i bought bundles that came with 1000 apex coins and the first bundle didn’t give me it, or the second bundle so i tried to refund those and it worked, so i tried to buy the normal $9.99 apex coins separately from the bundle and still didn’t receive the coins.

    This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

    Bought 1,000 Apex Coins a day or too ago and I did receive the ones I bought from Microsoft store not directly from Apex Legends Store, However I also bought a 500 Apex Coin Pack After the 1,000 Coin pack which is yet to appear on my account even after 24 hours Like why is this happening
