    I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
    it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

    Didn't receive the equipment bundle or nhl celebration i was supposed to receive when the game was released. i pre ordered the nhl 17 super deluxe edition on xbox marketplace. i did receive the ea access code for 1 month free but didnt receive the equipment

    I am also affected.

    The transaction was successful; I received both a PayPal e-mail confirmation ("Receipt for Your Payment to Microsoft Luxembourg S.a.r.l.") & another e-mail from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** ("Microsoft Purchase Confirmation").

    The only options I have when viewing the content on my Xbox One console are:

    Manage

    Pin / Unpin

    If I select "Manage", I see a screen with just the title "Manage Game of Thrones - The Complete First Season (Episodes 1-6)". Nothing else is displayed.

    I can "Pin", but clicking the "Pinned" icon just returns me to the options ("Manage" & "Unpin").

    "This should reflect on your account in 24 to 72 hours the most."

    I received notification from PayPal within two minutes of ending the chat session.

  8. Actually I just tried the 'Manage' option again and there are now 3 Items (eps 1,2,3 total 6.5gb) ready to install. Getting them down now.

    Sorry to hear you have run into this problem, it looks like you may be affected by the active Purchase and Content Usage service alert. Once the service alert has been removed you should be able to access the content that you have redeemed.
