Didn't receive anything after I bought V-bucks on Xbox

In some cases a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be reflected in your account and in-game

For now the best option is wait this time buddy

If you're not able to see the purchase in your Microsoft account oder history:

But just to let you know that if more than 48 hours passed and you not receive the content yet, probably something went wrong with the purchase and Microsoft is going to refund the money to you

If the purchase appears, and more than 48 hours passed

You can try contacting epic support to see if they manually can put the V-bucks on your account.

Or, proceed requesting a refund:

In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

Hi Andrzej, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, we need to ensure that the transaction is successfully purchased on your account. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then validate the status, make sure it is "completed".

Once confirmed, forcases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Also, there is no option for a replacement but you can request a refund via https://xbox.com/refunds.

I bought v-bucks with a gift card through the Xbox app. And then i checked fortnite mobile and i didn't receive the v-buck even through my account is linked.

thank you for reaching out to us. this issue you seem to be having is almost certainly a problem with the epic games but i would advice checking if the v-bucks purchase when trough successfully by taking a look at your order history server if so i advice
you to contact epic games as soon as possible to see if this issue could be fixed.

which store did you buy them from, xbox console store or pc, if pc then you need to sign in on a console to have them added to your epic account but they will only be usable on the console version.

If you bought Fortnite V-Bucks from the Microsoft Store but can’t find them, check your purchase history. If you see them listed, contact Epic Support.
