Didn't receive any codes by Quantum Break pre-order

Well, I pre-order Quantum Break at April 4, but I didn't receive any codes, American Nightmare, Alan Wake and DLCs, Quantum Break Windows 10.

Many people on internet said they are already receive all codes, but I still not

Please help me, I have already chat with Supporter, and they tells me go to here and add a new post to ask.

I pre-order Quantum Break at 16th Mar and I didn't receive any code either

I pre-order Quantum Break at 20th Feb, but I didn't receive any code, it says i will receive the code after 7-10 days, cloud you deal with it?

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that. If after the 10 days (April 15th) you still do not have your codes you can repost here and Support will assist you.
