    Didn't receive a delivery label


    Hi there,

    I've started a repair order for my Xbox controllers. It's been over 3 days and I still haven't received any delivery labels for the order. I've already tried to check the Spam folder.

    I've tried to use the Contact Us options, and phone call - 132 058. They've been useless...

    Is there anyone who can help me with this? This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with big companies. It's been really frustrating!

    I sware these people are absolutely useless I'm having the same issue and time is running out . I'm starting to belive this is being deliberately done to try and discouraged people from getting repairs done . I'm currently working on disputing the entire product with my credit card company as they are refusing to send me a simple email with my shipping label . I would look into doing the same .

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your repair order shipping label. I know how frustrating this is and I would totally feel the same way if I were in your shoes. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    Since you have already checked your spam folder and inbox yet the shipping label has not been sent, kindly update your billing and shipping information/email address on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Address book.

    Once it's updated, you will need to reach out to Xbox Support to request the shipping label for your repair orders. Try to contact them either through live chat or call back support. Here's how:

    Chat Support:

    1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

    2. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the right of the screen.
    3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

    4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

    For Callback Support:

    Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
    Step 3-----select show contact options
    Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

    If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time as this is the only option to receive a shipping label.

    I finally got to talk to a real agent on this matter and she’s trying to resend a label today. Turned out the ‘call me back’ option is only available 9-5 GMT time.

    I think Microsoft just doesn’t want to be overwhelmed by the number of calls … also the cost associated.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I'm afraid I've tried this and the call-back Option has always been greyed out, even from 6 a.m. - 5 p.m. in pacific time.

    I'll try again tomorrow morning.
