I got the mastercard, spent a $11, and It gave me 55 points for that which is the regular amount but it didn't give me 5,000 points for making my first purchase...?

I called Barclays Support and the lady says it gives it to me 180 days later..? Is this correct? I think shes wrong because the "Quest" says you have to make the purchase within 180 days and so she misinterpreted it.

According to google / reddit searches im the only person with this problem..? How long after your first purchase did it take you to receive the 5,000 points?
