    Didn't receive $10 gift card for titanfall 2 preorder with PayPal.


    I never received my $10 Xbox store credit for preordering titanfall 2 with PayPal. I have talked to Xbox support and they told me to post here. The reference number for when I contacted support is 1363101405. Please help.

    $10 gift code (preorder) missing

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder from them in order to receive the gift card.

    I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition via PayPal. This was part of the promotion that should have sent me a code for $10 of store credit within 30 days. I have not received a code. I searched my mail both with Microsoft and PayPal

    Fifa 17 - Did not receive $10 gift card.

    The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

    If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.
