Morning all

i have xbox one x

and finally, when i need to make a new account

he told me my new ID

MY first and last name

and the pass word

but when ask me to prove am not robot no control to select anything

(the screen without any control)

im try to make offline update

but the problem as before

any solution ???

Are you trying to perform an offline update or register a new account on your console? Or you're trying to perform an offline update because of the account issue?

It was like that at first but the new account didnt have gold. I want my new account to have gold also. Do I make the new console as home and remove the old console from being home?

Hello, no saying you didnt, but did you make sure to remove the old payment off of the account and set the new one as default payment???
