Didnt know that paying automated xbox live gold was on

Hello dear xbox community,

I wanted to ask why I got something in bill(automated payment), even if I payed the last time with xbox-credit?!

Its only 10 days ago that this payment went through automatic, thats why I wanted to ask if my xbox live gold subscription could just be "stopped" and that I dont have to pay this bill, because I wasn't informed enough ;(

Furthermore I wanted to ask if it isnt't possible to do the things above, how much time I have to pay this bill?

i was charged for gold but i didnt get the service.

my susbcription of 3 months of xbox live gold expired in 06/26/2018 and i canceled the automated renewal, but in 06/27/2018 i got charged for another 3 months that i didnt want. then i found out that i cant play online or get games with gold because i wasnt
subscribed to gold. the payement was done but still i dont get gold. i wanted to know how to activate gold or better yet get my money back because i didnt get what i was suppoused to pay.

 

Xbox live yearly service

I was wondering if there is anyway to fix my Xbox live yearly service number that appears on my profile page. I've had been subscribed to xbox live gold for over 5-6 years but I recently stopped paying for xbox live gold for the
past few months. I recently bought xbox live gold again and I thought that the number would pop up back on my profile and it hasn't. I then go and look at the xbox live gold page on the home screen of the xbox and it says I've only been subscribed for a year.
I did not think that the number would reset if you stopped paying for xbox live gold. I know this is a bizarre request but is there anyway to fix that.
