Didn't get your Gears 4 Beta Code? *READ THIS*

Well I waited and waited and no code. Just like I'm sure there's a plethora of you that also have waited and never received your code. Well I won't accept this. I have been gathering all sorts of information to build a case after I spent 4 hours dealing
with Microsoft Support on April 21st. The final response I was given was to wait 72 hours to either A.) Get my code or B.) Be contacted by a member of the Microsoft Support team. As I'm sure you can guess neither of which happened. So after I waited my 72
hours I contacted Microsoft Support again April 24th and yet again wasted more time talking with them, but this time only for 1 hour.

So after a total of now 5 hours spent dealing with Microsoft Customer support the supervisor I was talking to was willing to give me 1 month of Xbox Live Gold Service. Of course this felt like more of an insult than a compensation for the time I had spent
dealing with them and for never getting my code to the Gears 4 Beta. It was like I was telling the supervisor on my 3rd call to them about the same problem that a 1 month Gold Subscription is not acceptable because after all like I was telling him: I have
been a very loyal "Microsoft Fan Boy" since the original Xbox came out and then when Xbox Live first debuted on the Original Xbox I was hooked and have had a Gold Subscription the entire duration of when it was first released to now. I guessed 12 years (don't
exactly know if that's correct but it's definitely that if not more) thus meaning I have Xbox Live for 144 Months and just adding 1 Month to something I'm clearly going to have anyway is unacceptable and I'm unwilling to accept.

I then proceeded to tell the supervisor that if he or anyone else wasn't willing to compensate A.) The time I spent trying to get the issue resolved and B.) Being victim to false advertisement I will be in contact with my attorney and see if he thinks a class
action lawsuit would be a possibilit. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me how unnecessary that was and that they were willing to compensate so there was no need to do so. Well I do feel like it's necessary, because I know that me and hundreds if not thousands
of others were indeed victim of false advertisement.

So Microsoft to you I say... I surely feel that compensating me would of been a lot cheaper than having to deal with a class action lawsuit.

In closing please join hands fellow Xbox brothers and take a stand with me. If you or anyone you know was affected by this case of false advertisement please say something on this forum, share the link to this forum on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, any possible
way so that everyone that was affected is accounted for. We will not over look this case of false advertisement regardless of it just being related to Video Games and beta codes. We were lied to on numerous occasions regarding "guaranteed early beta access
for purchasing and playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition" the laws are there to protect US as consumers so why forget about it or give up?

I didn't get a Gears Of War 4 beta even though I played Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Can I please have a code sent to me?
