    Didn't get Xbox Gamepass Ultimate perk.


    Dear community,

    The other day I claimed a Xbox gamepass Ultimate perk on the Windows 10 Xbox app. I claimed the Robot Rabbit skin for fall guys, but upon launching Fall Guys I didn't get the skin. I contacted the Fall Guys support team and they said I should contact Xbox/Microsoft. But when I look at the contact options, there is no easy way to contact them. Does anyone have advice on how to contact Xbox?

    People who receive the content is because they play the game trough Xbox network, that could be trough the console or Xbox app, you can't receive the content outside Xbox network even if the accounts are linked
    Is there no way to play Fall Guys on PC via the Xbox app? No right?
    What if I play Fall Guys on an Xbox console of a friend AFTER I did claim the skin?
    Will I still get it?

    I am playing Fall Guys via the Epic Games Launcher, but my Epic Games account is connected with my Xbox Account. I do not own the Xbox console, so I cannot play it via any Xbox-related software. But I have read that some people still got the skin, without actually launching Fall Guys from Xbox. I'm not sure if I linked my Xbox account to Epic before or after claiming the skin. But if I linked my Xbox account after claiming it, could that have caused the issue?

    All perks are only delivered trough the Xbox Network, so, if you play the game on a different platform/system you won't get the content in game until you log trough Xbox
