Didn't get the SUROS Arsenal Bonus Pack

I ordered the stand alone download of Destiny: The Taken King off the MS Xbox 360 store website. I saw that TTK was made available on Sept. 1st and purchased it before it was taken down a day or so later. I did not receive the SUROS Arsenal bonus pack that
was promised with pre-orders. I have posted to the Bungie forums several times without any acknowledgement or response from Bungie. I have also chatted with MS Xbox support through the chat function here on the website for about 2 hours without any resolution
to my problem.

I've tried deleting TTK and redownloading it several times. I've also cleared my system cache several times. I've even deleted the entire game and redownloaded and reinstalled everything. None of these have worked. I can't find the SUROS add on in the 360
store either, so I can't download it to install it separately.

Any help with fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear it. This is a wide spread issue and a lot of people did not receive that pack (myself included). Bungie is pretty tight lipped about what happened there though.

The only thing I can say is that if you've been playing for a while you shouldn't worry about it anymore as those guns were really low level anyway.

 

Yeah, I'm well aware that they were Uncommon quality starter weapons. That's not the point. The point is not getting content you were promised. I was really looking forward to getting the shader and emblem any how.
