didn't get the halo reach emile-a239 or kat-b320 for gears of war 5

You will need the ultimate edition or download it with a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription as stated in earlier replies.

If you don’t have the Ultimate Edition or a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you will still be able to obtain both Halo: Reach characters through a pack in the store at a later stage. It is confirmed that it will be sold separately in the future.

If you're a member of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and or own the Ultimate Edition of Gears 5, but you are still missing this content, it would be best to reach out to the developer as this was a known issue a month prior that as of recently was resolved. The
Gears 5 team created a new way to gain support for their titles, and can be reached at here on there official
Gears of War support webpage.
