    Xbox Live connection with UBEE modem/router with TWC

    Hey people I work for TWC an I was Having the same issue. Good news It can be fixed. U wiil have to call in an go to teir 3 tech support. They can fix it but u must go to teir 3. It might take u getting xfered 3 or 4 time but u have get there for ur issue
    to get fixed. Even if u are tech savy u cant do it ur self becaue of how the modems are set up by twc.

    October FrankenRewards missing Level 3 & 4 credit

    I completed the first 3 levels of the October FrankenRewards mission. I got credit for Levels 1 & 2, but never got credit for getting 5 achievements (Level 3) in one of the purchased games from Level 1. So of course I also didn't
    get the Level 4 credit for completing them all. Can you help, please?

    Well accourding to the teir 3 advocacy team of xbox it should be,their is a known fault with it,which is another reason why the forza marketplace isnt avaliable.

    They are in process of refunding me for the original forza vip pass purchased because it didnt share and is meant to.I will make sure I add spaces,you must be on a 7 inch tablet or phone?
