Didn't get rewards points for last months past/present/future punchcard

As title said, didn't get 15k points for the past/present/future punchcard. I checked the FAQ as I was buying items, so everything should have triggered.

My personal requests for improving the rewards program would be to have punchcards update more frequently (daily at least). Also, put a button on the punchcards page to create a support request when inevitably something does get counted.

Problem with Punchcard reward points.

HI there! Got a problem with Punchcard rewards. I've pre-ordered COD Infinite Warfare, Watchdogs 2 and Resident Evil 7(within qualifing period). I should get 15000 points from Punchcard rewards 96 hours after the last game release, it's been 9 days now and
I still didn't get my reward points.

 

Preorders not counting for my punchcard

I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
not the current one).

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will adjust your account to allocate those purchases toward the correct chapters. You should see this change reflected by the end of next week, at the latest.
