Discus and support didnt get reward in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i used my points to get a $10 gift card and it told me there was an issue and brought me to support but clsed my tab after that . and now my points are...     i used my points to get a $10 gift card and it told me there was an issue and brought me to support but clsed my tab after that . and now my points are gone;(

    Didnt get my reward.

    I bought a $10 xbox card and never recieved it. It took my 10,000 points for it but a live rep said i have nothing for it. It took my points so i expect my reward.

    To clarify, are you referring to your
    Xbox Live Quest     rewards? Rewards for each month are delivered over the course of the following month - if you still haven't seen a message with your reward for February by the end of March, please post a new thread in the Support section here and we'll
    be happy to continue taking a closer look with you then.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program since that would have been through them and not Xbox Rewards. Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
