Discus and support Didn't get redeem codes of GOW1~3 & Judgment in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchase GOW4 Ultimate Edition on 2016/11/26, but I didn't get redeem codes of GOW1~3 & Judgment till now, Please help.     Get redeem Gears Of War Promotion Codes

    After purchasing Gears of war 4 i got the gears of war series promotion the 1, 2,3 and Judgment but can't redeem them on Xbox Webpage and everytime i got the same message

    Gears of war collection codes are not working

    UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

    -Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

    -Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

    checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side

    I'm having the same issue with GOW1 and GOW3 not working when redeeming.

    GOW2 and GOW Judgment work fine.

    Really starting to get angry with it
