Didnt get recognized for 3rd preordered game

I preordered 3 games during the preorder mission to get 15,000 points. I preordered infinite warefare and final fantasy and a week or so ago ordered resident evil biohazard. My punch card nor points have shown that this has happened. Would like to get this
fixed.

Support will double check it, but since Resident Evil is released after that punchcard ended, it would not complete the offer until it releases later the month. So you should see the credits pending towards the end of the month.

 

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that since Resident Evil will release after the offer ends, the punch won't show and credits won't be given until after it releases later in
January.
