    Didnt get purchased games with Xbox One S order


    Purchased Xbox One S complete with Assassins Creed, Gears of War and Halo 5 but did not received Halo 5. How do I go about organising to have this game delivered.

    Missing my reward points after XBOX one S purchase

    I purchased an XBOX one S 1TB Gears of War 4 console couple of weeks ago and I used the link I got on email in order to receive the 50000 Reward Credit but I didnt received anything until now. Please advise;

    Hello. I would contact the seller/store and let them know you never received the product and they would let you know the best course of action from there.

    Thanks for your post. In order to purchase an Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One, One S, or One X; you MUST use a debit/credit card to complete the order. No other payment methods are accepted when purchasing these games on the Xbox One, in order to use other
    payment methods (Microsoft Currency etc.) the order must be placed on an Xbox 360.

    Yes, you will be able to purchase it for the Series S and on launch day. Pre-ordering is not the only way to get the game. It's being advertised that way so people who have a One can go ahead and pre-order and play the game on the One and when they decide
    to get a Series S/X they can pkay it there without having to buy it again.

    Did you purchase a new XBOX 360 S 4GB version? If that's the case you'll have to get a 250GB HDD that's official from Microsoft in order for original XBOX games to work.
