    Didn't get Power Bingo Rewards


    I was supposed to get 100 keys when the power card ended. I didn't get them. This is the second time I was supposed to get keys and didn't. The first time it was just 15, so I wasn't too worried about it, but I spent a lot of time playing Bingo to get 100
    and I'd like to have them please.

    I didn't get my power bingo rewards from the last power card? I'm supposed to get 40 keys and haven't got them yet?

    you need to collect them - they don't arrive automatically.

    Use the menu and go to "social" There is a yellow box in there from which you collect your winings - hop that helps

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Microsoft Bingo. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page

    HERE     and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    power bingo rewards?

    Hey Fiddler2788! Which card did you achieve this with? You may want to try logging out of the account through the Xbox app and then singing back in to see if that updates your key total. If that does not work a reinstall of the app
    would be the next step. Post back and let us know how it goes!

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.
