    I still have not received my 15000 points from preordering 3 games back in 2016. Resident evil was my 3rd punch and it came out and I still have no points.

    I haven't received my 15,000 reward for pre-ordering 3 games. I made

    sure the 3 games were on the list. They were Final Fantasy XV, Dead

    Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7

    There was an issue with the Resident Evil 7 punches. The reward team will have to review your account.

    They will reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    You'll want to repost this in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check into it for you. Keep in mind, if any of the preorders were made before the offer beganon October 1, they will not count.
