Didn't get my PreOrder bonus for Forza Horizon 4

Hi. I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 4 this autumn, but thought it was strange that you didn't get a bonus. Later, it came to my knowledge that you should receive a McLaren 720's PreOrder Edition if you pre-ordered from Microsoft store. I read on some forums that you would get a message in the Xbox app with the code for the car. But I haven't got any code. Thanks.

Hello Megatoris,

Thanks for coming to the forums. With this code you would of got the code as a message from Xbox live. You will have to check your messages on the Xbox app. If it isn't there you may try to request a call from support. They may be able to see the code in
your account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
