    Didn't get my points.


    I haven't received my 15,000 reward for pre-ordering 3 games. I made

    sure the 3 games were on the list. They were Final Fantasy XV, Dead

    Rising 4, and Resident Evil 7

    The hotfix has been deployed, and I can confirm that the Credits are now properly pending in your account on our databases. In the next 1-3 days, this new information will be updated to the webpage, and you will be able to see the Credits pending on your
    MyRewards page. Apologies for the delay!

    There was an with some versions of Resident Evil 7 purchases not awarding punches for the previous Games on Demand. We are currently working on a hotfix for the issue which we hope to have deployed soon. Apologies for the inconvenience. When we can confirm
