    Didn't get my Halo 5 pack and i watched most of the E3 stream


    I watched most of the e3 stream on mixer and my account was linked to mixer. I didnt get the Halo 5 pack

    i watched the E3 stream and received the pack, it appears in my downloaded section but not located in my Halo 5 packs in game

    Same thing with me, I play Halo 5 and Gears 4 and watched both e3 stream and inside Xbox and haven’t got any message or any reward. I would at least like the req pack. There wasn’t even anything really exciting at e3 either they could’ve at least done more
    than that short trailer for halo and Gears was really only thing worth watching, and I sat through almost all of it.

    Didn't receive Halo 5 CLASSIC HELMET PACK watching E3 Stream on Mixer

    They may still be rolling these rewards out, Mine arrived yesterday but over a period of 8 hours, with each bit of content arriving about every two hours.

    Note Ambassadors are Xbox players not Microsoft Employees so cant see into your account to know what you have or have not got. Only Xbox support can do that.

    For the Helmet check in game, Mine appeared yesterday as a Req to be opened, but there was nothing in the Xbox dashboard to indicate it had been applied to my account.
