    I just want to clarify, were you able to confirm if the purchase status was successful on your account? You can confirm it by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > Order history.

    Also, just to confirm have you submitted your refund request already?

    If not yet, you can request a refund by signing your account and follow the instructions on the refund webform here on this link:

    After submitting the request, your refund will be accommodated within 72 hours.

    Last year there were technical issues and Microsoft offered a MixPot if you watched the Video On Demand feed, but that has not been announced this year.

    For the 1st briefing, possibly not, but there is another briefing tonight featuring more content, this is this weeks Inside Xbox show. Mixers Twitter feed said it would be different to the content on Sunday. Check you are singed in as son as possible so
    you can qualify for tonight's Mixpot.
