    Didn't get my free XBox Game Pass month


    Hi!

    I was sent a promotional email stating that if I subscribed to Game Pass with PayPal, I'd be getting a code to redeem a month of service for free. However, I did not get it so I contacted customer support. The guy I talked to verified the whole thing and told
    me I should've got it, and to post a question here since there's people that's gonna be able to give a helping hand.

    So what should I do to get the code? I was already charged a second month!

    Stop renewing my Xbox game pass. I got it for FREE 2 months ago and I haven't played any xbox game pass games for 2 months yet you renewed it without me knowing about this. So stop renewing my xbox game pass now. And yes, I'd like to get my moneys back.

    joined rewards did not recieve free game pass

    i joined xbox rewards to get 1 month free game pass i clicked on claim 1 month free game pass nothing happened i check my email and no confirmation order i. checked my memberships no free month pass i went back to reward to try again and its not showing
    i contact ms support heres the id number 1417490456 they asked me to contact you please help

    Did you check in your Services & Subscriptions tab in My Account to see if two months was added or one? Sometimes you don't get notified but the promotion is added to your account.
