Didn't get my Ebon pistol

I watched the stream march, 22 and had my Microsoft account linked at the time and the pistol has not appeared in my inventory and my friends are saying they got it. Could you please send me my pistol?

I already contacted MS Support, and they sent me here.

I watched the 2nd stream logged in with my gamertag:

Watched for the same ammount of time as my wife. She got her pistol skin in Sea of Thieves within a week, no sign of mine yet.
