    thanks but I now get "there is a temporary problem with this service please try later" darn it. this is all to do with EA and fifa online. apparently some details on my ea account have been changed, and I didnt do it

    they informed me that BF3 is not included in the EA play subscription
    that means there is a conflict in game list between Microsoft and EA
