Hey ya I pre ordered FIFA 17 super deluxe edition about a month FIFA 17 came out in New Zealand but just resent Microsoft brought out 8000 FIFA points and a coke a cola kit which I have not received on my FIFA 17 even though it says I have it downloaded
when I go manage game on my Xbox one but I didn't receive it in a game at all I have contacted ea and they told me to go to you guys

I didn't receive the 8000 FIFA point promotion item for the Super Deluxe Edition of FIFA 17

okay so I bought FIFA 17 last month and I got the super deluxe edition of it, but I didn't recieve the 8000 FIFA point promotion that came with it.

Hey Louh519! Did you pre-order the game? The 8000 points is only for the post release version of the Super Deluxe Edition. The pre-order version included gold packs each week and a few other items. For full details check

EA's Edition information for FIFA 17, you received exactly what you should have on the first sign in. You will want to sign in to FUT each week for 4 weeks to get your weekly draft token. You would only receive the FUT Kit if you pre-ordered, based on the
same article.
