    Didn't get my bonus 10 dollars for preording the game


    On February 27 I preordered the division and one of the bonus for preording on the Microsoft store was a 10 gift code that I didn't receive I already called Xbox and they said to post it in the forums

    I preordered Fallout 4 and new Tomb Raider but didn't get bonuses for that.

    Found a way to no longer pay for Xbox Live Gold. Post any similar deals if you know of any.

    You are also getting 10 points for every dollar you spend on top of all the bonus stuff.

    OK I know 3month cards aren't 10bucks so I'm guessing you entered a 3month code instead of buying a promotion to get the 10 dollar currency code back?

    That would be your issue

    In order to get the 10 dollar code you must buy the membership with a billing option

    A prepaid code is a previous purchase which had its own terms set at the point of sale

    So no you didn't buy the membershipa as required to get the 10 dollars
