Didnt get my 4hrs xp or my prestige token after redeeming it at activision

i didnt know you could unlock 2 items after one prestige..i used one of my tokens to unlock double xp,mind you ive got one token left so ill get another when i prestige wont i..and how come the first 3 or 4 on the token page thing are unlocked before i started

Before Prestige 10, immediately. After Prestige 10, every time Double XP is obtained (i.e. Clan XP, Double XP Weekend, Token XP).

i got 24 hours double xp and 2 prestige tokens from activision due to having problems downloading the new maps last month so used the prestige tokens on double xp and i got my clan to level 20 so got 4 hours double for that doesnt seem to make any difference
if u ask me coz i still seem to get about the same amount of points as i normally do without it about 10,000 on tdm got around 7 hours left know be better if it was a double xp weekend coz if u have double xp on and its double xp weekend u get 400xp a kill
in tdm 2000xp a kill in search and destroy

just got the email also. cool present
