i have ordered and received an Xbox one s from Microsoft. Mainly because of the 15,000 reward credits. I haven't received those yet and they're not pending please help, merry Xmas

I didn't get my rewards

I earned 15000 credits from Xbox live rewards (I don't remember the exact month) and I didn't get them charged on my account

Problems with reward system

Any game that I buy does not register on the rewards system when it says when I log in that I should get 4% back and I have 15000 reward credits that have been pending for well over a month

Hello Magic Anima,

That offer is actually for 50,000 Credits. From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.
