    Didn't Get My $15 From The Card I Bought


    I tried to redeem the code on me Xbox 360 and it said somthing was wrong with my region (United States) and I went online and redeemed it and online it says I have the balance and it's been over 2 hours and I still don't have access to the money on my Xbox!!
    And no agent on the phone was able to help me!!

    Buying Xbox live

    I bought a $15 card from a store under the impression that I could buy Xbox Live with it, I was wrong. I tried and it didn't work. I also had money on my account and once I added the $15 card, it set the balance to $15. I need help.

    OK question does your account region match the currency of the card if not that would be why

    Currency cards are region locked so if you have an Australian or Canadian account you can't use an us card

    What happens is you cause split billing where you make a us sub account with the currency but you can't use it because your account region and biking info don't match the currency you would have to use the region migration tool under my account and change
    my region

    However if you don't physically live in the US you will have problems with major titles

    Sorry, but no I didn't get it from Microsoft rewards. Instead I bought it from the Xbox website with my gift card I had.

    Xbox live promo 15 dollar credit

    I got three months of Xbox live around this time and still haven't gotten my 15 bucks of credit because apparently you have to do it through the dashboard when I bought the 3 month card in the store, I think I should still get the 15 bucks because it clearly
    didn't say that in the promotion.

    I bought a few weeks ago a 25 euro card Xbox gift card from Xboxlivekaarten.nl

    and they send me a code.

    But the code didn't work and i send a message to them twice.

    They said that al cards came from Microsoft Xbox and that i needed to explain my situation to you guys.

    They said that i could get the 25 that i bought on my Account.

    I paid for it and it didn't work.

    Can you guys check it out if my card glitched out of was just ussed?
