    Hi I bought a $25 prepaid card and didn't get the money it showed me that the code was already redeemed but I didn't get nothing.Then I checked my order history and it said I had had redeemed $0.00

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that pre-orders and consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, so those purchases will not award payback.

    Didn't get my money

    I spent $210+ on Xbox live games, and didn't receive anything on my rewards, when I should have (Yes I've waited the 96 hour period). It was the connected account, I've been jumping through hoops all day today. I'm getting sick of this running in circles
    game. I use this money to buy games or add-ons, I've been loyal since '01. Help your fan base, instead of making us jump through hoops for support.

    I just bought Red Dead Redemption 2 for $29.53 on sale in the xbox store via console yet it doesn't show up in owned games. I need this resolved asap.

    I have refreshed, restarted, turned off for 60 sec, unplugged for 60 sec.

    Reset modem, reset router, unplugged for 60 sec.

    I need an immediate refund. Definitely investing in Sony products in the future.
