Hey,

I called Customer Support and was directed here by the rep. I watched the E3 briefing, and I've had my Mixer (then Beam) account linked to my MSA for months. I still haven't gotten my Mixpot content. It's been long enough since I watched it, according to
the FAQ. Help?

Didn't get MixPot

I watched the whole E3 2018 broadcast on Mixer from the very start, while signed in with my Microsoft Xbox account. I typed a few messages into the chat window, but didn't type !claim or anything like that as I was told I didn't have to. I have been waiting patiently,
but have not received anything yet. Some of my friends have got theirs.

I also watched the Inside Xbox broadcast. On 15th June I got messages on Mixer that I have been gifted 3 days World of Tanks and Trove Neon Ninja & Chromatic Cumulus , and these also show up on my Microsoft account.

 

The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/Xbox-MixPot-FAQ but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check why you may not have the content.

If you look at Sign in to your Microsoft account it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results.

Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, or you were no on the first million, and I think you had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need
to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..
