    I watch the Xbox E3 broadcast, was watching well before the stream started because I was hoping to be in the first million. After I finished watching I noticed I wasn't logged in. I am one of those that stays logged in if possible.

    I did try to log in when I noticed, but I couldn't. Someone from mixer said there were log in issues. Apparently I'm. not the only one this happened to. There were LOT of folks complaining and asking the same question I have: am I out of luck as far as getting
    the mixpot? I was watching (great show btw), but since mixer was having problems I was unable to log in.

    It would be unfair to "penalize" those of us were watching, but die to something messed up with mixer.

    i didn't get my mixpot

    i watched the whole stream, but didn't get my mixpot, which i was expecting, until the stream ended did i log in, do i still get my mixpot, or is it too late?

    I called Customer Support and was directed here by the rep. I watched the E3 briefing, and I've had my Mixer (then Beam) account linked to my MSA for months. I still haven't gotten my Mixpot content. It's been long enough since I watched it, according to
    the FAQ. Help?

    if its to say I'm out of luck.

    I've been a loyal Xbox person for almost a decade, am part of the alpha ring insider's program and an ambassador... I'd hoped that would "earn" me some kind of response. Heck, even the brand new Xbox users deserve a response.

    could someone please give me some info on this? thanks..

    The Mixpot FAQ did say it may be up to a week for them to be seen on your account.

    The FAQ is here-
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/Xbox-MixPot-FAQ     but only Microsoft Support staff (not us community ambassadors) can check why you may not have the content.

    If you look at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results.

    Its possible while your accounts were linked you were not signed in, or you were no on the first million, and I think you had to watch live not a VOD as they did last year. Also remember some content may only appear in game, ie the Halo Helmet you need
    to look in game in Halo 5 in your Req's to claim it, again mine appeared Thursday..

    Last year there were technical issues and Microsoft offered a MixPot if you watched the Video On Demand feed, but that has not been announced this year.

    For the 1st briefing, possibly not, but there is another briefing tonight featuring more content, this is this weeks Inside Xbox show. Mixers Twitter feed said it would be different to the content on Sunday. Check you are singed in as son as possible so
    you can qualify for tonight's Mixpot.
