    Don't know where to go to get free month membership

    usually you get your free month when signing upto gold and have input your CC or Debit card details

    Hope that helps

  3. New Option Available for Adding Square Enix Crysta (24/11/2011)

    Well, got some good news... SE finally reinstated the Direct Debit feature for payment for FFXI this month, so we don't have to use Clickandbuy to pay now. You will have to transfer your PlayOnline account over to a Square Enix account on their website,
    and from there can change your account payment option and you'll find Credit/Debit Card payment option.

    Finally... after 5 months, I can now go back and finish off those expansions... as well as get my Empyrean Armor.

    How is it a ruse? You still get the first month for FREE. And once you create the account you can then go to the billing website or call phone support and have them turn off auto renewal so you don't have to worry about doing
    it later before the 30 days are up. I joined Netflix last year and they said they had a 30 day trial offer but I still had to give my card details. They also had a disclaimer stating that if I cancel before the 30 days then I would not be billed at a recurring
    rate of $7.99/month. Fair deal both ways. MS isn't the only company to offer a trial period for FREE and then require credit/debit card details at sign up.

    Also when you do sign up you have to use a valid credit/debit card. If you try to use a dead one it won't work as they verify the account.

    Hi there Ryno, if you are trying to get the dashboard offer for a free month of Xbox Live, you will need to add a valid debit card, credit card or paypal account in order to be eligable for the offer. Try adding one if you can, then try to get the free month
    again. Hope this helps!

    Sling TV 1 month free, misleading, only if you pay you will get a extra month

    You will only be charged if you do not cancel after the free trial ends. So if you signed up on the 17th and cancel on the 16th of next month, you will NOT get charged. Very normal practice when offering a free trial.
