didnt get free game with promotion

so i pre ordered an Xbox one s and an it arrived a day after the new promotion where you get 2 games for free when you purchase an Xbox one s, i felt pretty bummed and saw online that people were in the same boat as me contacted micros ft support and were
able to get the promotional offer since it was a pre order and Microsoft decided to honour the promotion and reward the loyalty. i spoke to the support chat and they said i was eligible for a free game and 50,000 reward points as per the promotion says, but
they said i had to contact Xbox support. i just spoke to a nice guy on the support chat and he gave me the link to this forum to post this. the game i would like is titanfall 2 which is in the microsoft store so i think im eligible for it, i can verify purchases

Hey there Kickerman! Usually Dashboard promotions like this will be emailed to you 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion. If you just purchased this deal, it will be around 6-8 weeks before this email arrives. In the meantime, please ensure that your
WLID and contact email (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) are both correct and up-to-date so you get the email properly. Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Didnt get promotion game codes.

A few weeks ago I downloaded a promotion on xbox dashboard, for 6 months of xbox live and 5 free games.

But I never got the codes!

 

You would have to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer would be through them.
