Didnt get February reward

I didn't receive my Xbox live mystery reward for the month of febuary

i used my points to get a $10 gift card and it told me there was an issue and brought me to support but clsed my tab after that . and now my points are gone;(

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

 

oh I forgot to mention plz devs don't give me 600 smite coins

To clarify, are you referring to your
Xbox Live Quest rewards? Rewards for each month are delivered over the course of the following month - if you still haven't seen a message with your reward for February by the end of March, please post a new thread in the Support section here and we'll
be happy to continue taking a closer look with you then.
