Didnt get day one achievement, redeemed over a month ago

I redeemed my day one qr code over a month ago

but still i didn't get the achievement on my account.

Redeemed Day One Achievement without Xbox One console

My friend gave me his day one achievement code and I redeemed it on Xbox.com about an hour ago. However the achievement hasn't shown up on my profile yet. Do I have to connect to an Xbox One to successfully redeem it? If I buy an Xbox One and download
my profile, will the achievement pop then? I already redeemed it so I can't re-redeem it after I get the new console.

I signed up for it over one year ago. Maybe because I own evey Bethesda game made. Or preordered TNO the minute it became available. Not really sure.

1. Gamertag you redeemed it on
2. Code you redeemed
3. Date you redeemed it on
4. Where you redeemed it (console or xbox.com)
