Didn't get codes for preorder bonuses for Rainbow Six Siege.

I didn't get any Preorder bonuses such as the gold skin for my guns with the preordered game i bought. Is there any way you guys can get me the code? My gamertag is

X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

Digitally preordered "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" for Xbox One from the Xbox Store on September 25th.

As stated on
here, this preorder includes 2x exclusive bonus contents:

-1x copy of "Rainbow Six Vegas" (Xbox 360 full game)

-1x copy of "Rainbow Six Vegas 2" (Xbox 360 full game)

I already owned the first bonus game from GWG in 2013.

Anyways, today i received both bonus contents via xbox messaging system.

Unfortunately both bonus contents share the same code.

Therefor there's no way for me to reedem the second game, as i already own first game "Rainbow Six Vegas".

Livechat representative send me here for a replacement of the second bonus content "Rainbow Six Vegas 2".

Hey I didn't get my redeem codes for rainbow six Vegas 1-2, after I bought rainbow Six siege but I don't need the code for rainbo six Vegas 1 because I already have it

Did you purchase the game digitally or physically? Physical purchases would have been given a code from the retailer.

 

no I purchased it via Xbox Game Store online on my Xbox one. xbox sent me 2 codes for 2 different Rainbow six games but never got a code for the camos etc.

Thanks for clarifying that! Codes weren't sent out for camos. If you purchased the Gold Edition the season pass should have been included which gives you in-game access to camos and weapon skins. If you aren't seeing access to the available camos and skins
Ubisoft support is going to be your best point of contact.

 

But it was a preordered version of the game. I should be able to get the camos from the preorder...
