Didn't get any pre-ordered bonus (Brothers to the End Gears Pack)

My Gamertag is: . I pre-ordered my Gears of War 4 Ultimate Collection and I started playing it yesterday. I bought it physically in Mexico in a retailer store called Mixup. I installed the game, I redeemed the 4
codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement, and the one for my Season Pass, until that everything was perfect. But I noticed that I didn't received any code for the pre-order content (Brothers to the End Gears Pack). So, I contacted
Microsoft Assistance, one assistant (Reference Number:
[Mod Removed]) told me to go to my retailer store (for the second time in two days), so I could ask for my pre-order content to them. My retailer store was not even aware about a pre-order bonus or anything like that, so they couldn't give
me anything, they only told me to ask for support on Microsoft (again). Then another assistant (Reference Number: 1358836865) told me to go to my "Games and Apps" section and then to manage "Gears of War 4" ir order to seek for the
"Brothers to the End Gears Pack" in the "ready to install section", I found nothing. So, now I don't know what to do, I didn't get my content and neither part is helping me to solve my problem. Please help me.

I'm missing DLC content for Gears of War 4

I pre-ordered the Gears of War 4 standard edition from the Microsoft Store online but I did not receive the "Brothers to the end Elite Gear Pack," the "Vintage Del Pack," or any retail-specific bonus items. The only thing I did get was all the previous Gears
of War games. Please help.

 

Unable to download Gears of War 'Brothers to the End' pre-order gear packs | error code 0x87e0012c

Pre-ordered and preloaded gears of war 4 ultimate edition sucessfully, but I got the error code 0x87e0012c when the bundle tried installing the pre-order bonus content 'brothers to the end' and vintage del elite gear packs.

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins



The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).



IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact the retailer you purchased from if
you do not have this code.



Why does this pack appear as Adam Fenix DLC in my Downloaded Items?

This is a display error with the pack, and does not have an impact on your ability to find this content in game.



How do I find my Characters and Weapon Skins?

Unlike many of our other bonus items, these Cards go directly into your inventory. Head to the Customization menu and check your Characters, Lancer and Gnasher weapon skins.



I can’t find the Brothers To The End items.

leave a post in this thread with your Gamertag, what’s missing, how you purchased your copy of Gears of War 4 and when you first played (please be as specific as possible).

The information that bowski provided above is absolutely correct. Pre-order bonuses for physical copies are handled and distributed by the retailer. We are unable to generate codes, we can only recover codes that have been sent to you via Xbox Live messages.
