Didn’t get achievement.

So i was playing sonic generations and i went to the title screen and i just turned off my xbox whatever. The next day i went back and i played the game again because it didn’t close. Then i bought the last skill in the game and i didn’t get the achievement. I guess it’s because of The game didn’t close when i turrned of the xbox so maybe i got timed out or maybe i’m missing a skill but i don’t think that’s the case because i beat every mission and i got every red ring in every level. If anyone can help that would be great.

If you are playing on Xbox One, your saves should be in the cloud

Some times they have a delay days long.

There is nothing we can do to make an achievement pop. Sometimes they get "stuck". Unfortunately the only solution is to re-earn it and hope it doesn't glitch this time.

Hello again, I don't know what happened to your data from the physical games, but even with disc games, the progress is saved in the Microsoft cloud, if by chance there was an error or by chance the save was overwritten by a newer one, unfortunately it won't be possible to retrieve them.

If you are playing in a new generation console, like Series S/X is try to remove games from quick resume, because when you will start some game that is very heavy in matter of memory for the console.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
