Didn't g 3 month groove pass code

I contacted support and they told me to post here so that you could possibly send me the code. First off possibly is messed up because I did what the promo said to do. I bought the one month and when I didn't renew you guys sent me a email confirming me
not renewing but didn't send me the 3 month code. Then when I contact support about it I vet told to post here to possibly get it. I feel like I was lied to just so you would get me to sign up for groove and hope I would stay signed up. Is anybody going to
finally help with this?

3 Month Code for Groove Music Pass Never Came

I didn't receive my code for the 3 month extension to Groove Music Pass. Any help would be welcome, thanks!

 

I haven't received my Grove music for 3 months

I still haven't receive the code for my 3 months music pass after purchasing a 1 month groove music pass.

 

The promotion I and some friends signed up for stated that you would get 1-month Free and then a 3-month free code via email. It did not say you had to buy a month to get the 3-month code.

Contacted CHAT SUPPORT and they informed me that promotion never existed since "what reason would a company give away 4 months of service for free?"

So it seems that if you signed up for the 1-month free service, you do not get the 3-months Free as the ad on the XBOX ONE stated. If you bought the 1-month service and did not get the 3-month code.....that is even stranger if what CHAT SUPPORT stated is
the case.

 

I paid for the one month and my month even ended and still nothing. I didn't get the free trial I just paid for the month. Microsoft even sent me a email a little while ago asking why I didn't renew. This is starting to *** me off because chat support doesn't
want to help they just send me here and how is someone here going to send me the 3 month code?
