    I redeemed a 12 Month Prepaid Xbox Gold Card but didn`t receive the service, it says ``code has already been used``

    (already talked to Xbox support on Twitter and was referred here)

    I didn´t receive my rewards this month.

    There was 12 months on the card. It said 4-6 weeks and its been since early january. I t was a offer renew you xbox live 12 month gold card and receive 600 ms points back, i received the ones from my live rewards but none from the special offer.

    please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subcription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    if these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    If they were, they would all have expired by now, as they only lasted 12 months on the old programme.
